By using our ambulance services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Service Scope

We provide emergency and non-emergency ambulance services across Delhi NCR.

2. Booking & Cancellations

• Bookings can be made via call at 7011529501.

• Cancellations must be made at least 30 minutes prior to scheduled time.

• A cancellation fee may apply if a vehicle has already been dispatched.

3. Pricing

• Charges vary based on type of service (BLS/ALS/ICU) and distance.

• Night, long-distance, or ICU ambulance charges may be higher.

• Full payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise arranged.

4. Liability

• Tanu Ambulance Service is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or conditions beyond our control.

• Medical care during transport is based on the information provided at the time of booking.
